PCBility mouse Overview.
PCBility mouse is a computer mouse subtitute. This software enables you to move and click the mouse cursor by moving your head only. It works using a simple web camera. The product will identify your head , Track the head movements and the mouse cursor will be moved to the spot on the screen you are looking at.If you would like to send a click , Just stop moving and a pop- up menu will let you choose the wanted click (Left click,Right click,Double click,Double right click , and even drag and drop) . The software is very accurate , Just a few moments of training and you will be able to use your PC with no hands at all.
Big movements will move the mouse long distance across the screen , small movemenets will move it less but more accuratlly.
PCBility mouse instalation.
Follow the instruction on the file PCBilityMouseSetup.exe .
Before running the software on the first time , make sure you have a web cam connectet to you PC , If not install it with the driver supplied with the camera.
When the camera is installled you can run PCBility mouse. If it pops a message says : Cant open video stream , It means the software did not find the camera. You can try and choose a video source on PCBility Mouse menu : options > video source.
If everything is ok you will be able to see the camera output on PCBility Mouse main window.
For maximum performance make sure that the room you are sitting in is well illuminated.

PCBility mouse usage:
In order to move the mouse cursor let PCBility mouse detects your head. (the entire head must be inside the frame)
After the head is detected the cursor will follow your head.

If the cursor is steady for a few seconds a pop up menu will appear and will enable you to choose the desired click, Just move the cursor to the wanted selection and wait a few more seconds. The click will be sent to the spot the cursor has been when the menu was first opened. If you are not choosing anything and still on the same spot , a Left click will be sent , still not moving a double left click will be sent.
Pop menu exmaple:
Center mouse (Second button from the left)
Pressing this button will center the mouse cursor. Look at the middle of the screen when doing that , This action is similar to raising your mouse off the desk and placing it in a new spot , In a regular mouse. You can also do it by continuing moving your head when the cursor is at the edge of the screen , and adjust the cursor position to you head position , is is easier this way.
Disable mouse (Third button from the left)
Pressing this button will disable the cursor moving. You can enable it again by two ways. One press the button again. Two shake your head right and left a few times , and the cursor will be enabled again.

Sensitivity factor The most
common value to be changed. Multiply all the sesnitivity values by its value.
The reauired value is depended on the used camera. If almost your entire face is in the frame use 1. If your head covers only a small part of the frame increade this value. This value will be set automaticly on the next version.

Selected mode Not active on this
version.
Mouse sesitivity Usually the defaults values are ok. If you still need to adjust it for your use , start with sensitivity factor first.
Low Y Determines the distance the cursor will move on the vertical axis when doing small head movements.
Low X - Determines the distance the cursor will move on the horizontal axis when doing small head movements.
High Y Determines the distance the cursor will move on the vertical axis when doing big head movements.
High X - Determines the distance the cursor will move on the horizontal axis when doing big head movements.
Movements edge Deteremines the border between the big and small movements.
Tremble Not active on this version.
Use Mouse anti shake Activated the anti shake option. Notice that the mouse movements will be delayed for a while.
Restore sensitivity values - Restores factory settings.
Use keyboard radio button check this button if you want to use the keyboard for sending mouse click. You can setup any key to be the left or the right button.

Use auto mouse clicks:
When this option is enabled , PCBility mouse will send the mouse click selected in the table below each times the cursor stops for a period longer then the one specified in Action delay time parameter.
Popup mouse clicks menu:
When this option is enabled , PCBility mouse will send the mouse clicks using the pop up menu mentioned above.
Action delay time Sets the amount of time to wait before clicks are sent in auto mouse clicks mode
Popup menu delay time Set the amount of time to wait before the pop up menu is opened.
Menu action delay time Set the amount of time to wait before an item from the pop-up menu is selected.
Software messages:
No face detected There is no face found inside the frame , or your head doesnot face the camera.
Bad video The video signal is bad , or the illumination conditions are poor.
PCBility mouse disabled The software is running , but disable mode was chosen.
PCBility mouse enabled Software is functioning properly.
